Conflict: an invitation for creative problem solving
Dim the ego, befriend the shadow and develop the creative capacity to hold polarity, opposition and paradox to the degree that a creative third option emerges without me taking sides.
Get larger, go deeper, but not smaller in conflict
Anything that is at our gate we can handle otherwise it would not be there.

No= an acknowledgment of a limit or boundary.
