Books I am currently reading:

Elizabeth Gilbert: Eat, Pray, Love
I am currently reading this book after it was recommended by two people in one week from different parts of the world. I love how she writes. Her wit and authenticity is superb. Highly recommend it!

Caroline Myss: The Anatomy of Spirit. A really good book that looks at the chakras of the human body and compares them to Sacraments and other symbolic religions of our society.

Fred Alan Wold, Ph.D. : Dr. Quantum's Little Book of Big Ideas

Here are a list of books that I have come across. They have helped me to grow as well as provided me with a different perspective from which to look at life, love, relationships and more. Feel free to add books that have helped you to my list:

Kathy Freston: The One: Discovering the Secrets of Soul Mate Love
I really enjoyed this book, it was to the point and a great reference for working on relationships.
Click here to see some quotes from the book I thought were good.

Carolyn Hobbs: Joy No Matter What
A great read with everyday practices to help you cultivate joy in your life. Carolyn takes a look at many o the key things/feelings in our lives that take away our joy and provides simple solutions to increasing your sense of joy.

Angeles Arrien: An extraordinary person to see in person as well as read her books. She uses stories from history to educate us on how to deal with our lives. Her cross cultural perspective is a breath of fresh air to Westerners seeking a deeper meaning to their lives. Thanks Angeles!

Don Miguel Ruiz
The Four Agreements, The Mastery of Love, Beyond Fear, The Voice of Knowledge
A great series of books that really changed my perspective on things. Highly recommend Mastery of Love.

Dr. Gary Chapman
The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate
This book was a real eye opener for me and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling in a relationship. It put a different perspective on loving and receiving love that I was not seeing.

Hope For the Separated: Wounded Marriages Can Be Healed:
Not as good as the Five Love Languages but there are some good words of advice in the book.

The Five Languages of Apology: How to Experience Healing in All Your Relationships: Ties in the ways we can apologize to our friends, family, co-workers and loved ones. A good compliment to the 5 Love Languages.

Dr. Wayne Dyer
The Power of Intention, Getting Into the Gap

Ester and Jerry Hicks
The Law of Attraction

Deepak Chopra & Dr. Wayne Dyer
How to Get What You Really Really Want

Ekhart Tolle
The Power of Now
A New Earth

Buddhism without Beliefs: Stephen Batchelor- Good book for an overview of Buddhism.
