Thoughts from Kathy FrestonThis is a featured page

At the moment of death, when our lives flash before our eyes, we will not see the details of who did what to whom. We will only see how love made us vulnerable and how we responded. All the rest will fade to black, and we will know it for the illusion that it was.

It is in the warm embrace, the wink of an eye, or the nod of recognition to the person who stands before us that we come to know the One, the creator who is not separate from the created.

When we hold to our intention of experiencing soulful love, we can navigate the sometimes perilous storms thrown up by the ego.

Pain is a warrior of Spirit; it comes crashing through the walls of ego so that we wake up. And by feeling so intensely, we open our hearts to Spirit, if from nothing else than utter desperation.
